The Maine Chapter ACOFP Was Established In February 2004 To Better Serve Maine Physicians By Giving Formal Input To The ACOFP, Strengthen The Relationship Between Students, Residents And Practicing Physicians And Provide Opportunities For CME Venues To Further Solidify The Family Medicine In Maine.

Leigh “Jack” Forbush, DO

President

Dr. Forbush brings a long history of community involvement at the State, Local and National levels. He is a Past-President of the Maine Osteopathic Association as well as the current President of the New England Direct Primary Care Alliance and Founding Member of the Direct Primary Care Alliance.

In addition to her duties as the Executive Director of the Maine Osteopathic Association, Amanda serves as the Maine ACOFP Chapter Coordinator.
